University Students of Temple Sinai
Dear University Students of Temple Sinai:
Temple Sinai wants to be part of what it takes to make you successful in your ventures away from home. As a recently former student-away-from-home, I can tell you that receiving correspondence from Temple (whether Purim treats or New Years’ wishes) would always put me at ease and help me to feel as if I was home, even if I was far away from it. When feeling isolated while studying for exams, or like a museum exhibit during Jewish holidays, it was wonderful to reconnect with someone who understood what I was going through.
I am happy to be your contact person at Temple Sinai. I hope to be able to meet you during the year—whether when you come home to visit or when I might have the opportunity to visit your campus. In the meantime, please provide me with the information so that we can keep in contact with you during the year.
Below you will find a form to fill out with your contact information, so we'll be able to send you goodies during the year. I promise not to bombard you with mail (e-mail or snail mail) but will respect your privacy and in-box.
I look forward to hearing from you soon. Have a good move back to school!
Best wishes, Erin Polonsky Rabbi Temple Sinai |
